How to add a reunion countdown widget on iPhone

The Countdown widget shows the days until your next reunion on the Home Screen or Lock Screen. Both partners see the same date.

Set the date

1. Open Love Taps and finish pairing.
2. Open Countdowns and tap the plus button.
3. Enter a name and the date, then save. Your partner's app shows the same countdown.

Add it to the Home Screen

1. Touch and hold an empty part of the Home Screen until the icons move.
2. Tap Edit, then Add Widget (or the plus button).
3. Search for Love Taps, swipe to Countdown, choose the small or medium size and tap Add Widget.

Add it to the Lock Screen

1. Touch and hold the Lock Screen and tap Customize, then the Lock Screen.
2. Tap the widget area, or the line above the clock for the inline version.
3. Choose Love Taps and then the Countdown widget.

iOS decides when widgets refresh. Open the app to see a change immediately. Without the app, the browser reunion countdown counts down to any date. Holiday dates: countdowns.
