By using Love Taps, you agree to these terms. Love Taps is a simple app for sending a “thinking of you” tap between two people. It’s made by Tundra Industries (“we”).
Love Taps is for two consenting people who both choose to pair. Don’t use it to harass, spam, or contact someone who hasn’t agreed to pair with you. Don’t attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. You’re responsible for activity on your device.
Love Taps is a paid app. Unlocking it gives you everything — sending and feeling taps, moods, the streak, the shared count, reunion countdowns, and the full color-theme library. You can pay whichever way suits you: an auto-renewing subscription ($1.99/month or $9.99/year) or a one-time purchase ($19.99), billed through your Apple ID. Every plan includes one free invite for your partner: when you buy, you can invite your partner to your shared pair and they get full access without a separate purchase — one of you buys, both connect. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Unused portions are handled per Apple’s standard policy.
We work to deliver taps quickly and reliably, but we provide the app “as is” without warranties, and we can’t guarantee every tap is delivered instantly or that the service is always available. Push delivery depends on Apple’s network and your device settings.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Love Taps is a way to say “thinking of you” — it isn’t a substitute for emergency communication.
We may update the app and these terms over time. We may suspend access for misuse. You can stop using and delete the app at any time.
