How to invite your partner to Love Taps

Two phones, one pair. One person sends an invite, the other joins with the code.

Person who invites

1. Install Love Taps and open it. Enter your name and your partner's name.
2. Choose a plan. One purchase covers both of you; your partner does not pay.
3. Tap Send the invite. Share the message with your partner by Messages, WhatsApp or any other app. It contains a link and a code.
4. Keep the app open on the waiting screen, or add your widget while you wait.

Person who joins

1. Install Love Taps from the App Store.
2. If the app is installed, tapping the invite link opens it with the code filled in.
3. Otherwise open the app, enter your names, choose I have a code and type the code from the message.
4. When both screens show the heart, send a test tap.

Requirements

• Two iPhones running iOS 17 or later.
• An internet connection on both phones.
• Notifications allowed for Love Taps on the phone that receives taps.

If the code does not work

Check that the code was copied in full, that both phones are online, and that the person who invited has not unpaired. A new invite creates a new code.
